Head to the Register page and fill in the form with your full name, email address, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth and a password. No. Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts detected on the platform are closed, and any balance in a duplicate account may be forfeited. If you think you may have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately to get it resolved before it becomes a problem.

Identity verification (KYC) is triggered at certain points – typically before processing larger withdrawals or if our fraud prevention systems flag unusual activity. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and a selfie holding the document. Check your spam or junk folder first – verification emails sometimes land there. If it's not there after 5 minutes, use the resend option on the registration confirmation screen. Withdrawals

The withdrawal will be processed to the same payment method you used to deposit. Ensure your account is verified before requesting a withdrawal – unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending identity confirmation.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days depending on the bank. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days. VIP members at higher tiers generally receive priority processing, which can speed this up. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, check your account for any pending verification requests first.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal hold are: your account identity verification (KYC) is incomplete; you have an active bonus balance with unmet wagering requirements; the withdrawal amount exceeds your current verified limit; or an unusual activity flag has been raised on your account. Check your account notifications and inbox for any messages from the support team. If everything looks fine on your end and the hold persists, contact support via live chat.

Withdrawal requests that are still in "pending" status can usually be cancelled from within your account before they are processed. Once a withdrawal moves to "approved" or "processing" status, it can no longer be reversed. Check the Transactions section of your account for the current status. The availability of specific in-play markets depends on the match and broadcaster data feed.

If a match is abandoned, cancelled or not completed within the agreed timeframe, the standard rule is that unsettled bets are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. Specific rules can vary depending on the sport, tournament and type of bet placed. The full settlement rules for each market are available in the Terms and Conditions. Partially completed cricket matches (for example, reduced-overs games due to rain) may have different rules depending on whether an official result was declared.

A void bet is a wager that has been cancelled and your stake returned without any winnings or losses applied. This happens in situations like: the market being cancelled before the match starts; a match being abandoned; a player or team named in your bet being withdrawn before the event; or a technical error in the pricing that resulted in an obviously incorrect odds figure. Void bets appear in your transaction history with the stake credited back.

Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are shown when you place a bet. Generally, minimum stakes are low enough to accommodate casual players as well as regular bettors. Maximum stake limits vary by market, odds and your account status. VIP members typically have higher maximum stake limits than standard accounts.
